· Drink at least 3 litres of water a day it helps fight diseases. Always drink more water in the morning and less in the night for better digestion.
· One lemon a day can help with the reduction of fat.
· Cheese and milk stimulate sleep and an effective in curing insomnia. Cheese includes Tryptophan, an amino acid which lowers stress and helps to induce sleep. It can be helpful in curing migraine headaches. Cheese is also the best source of calcium and phosphorous which are good for the bones. Calcium intake reduces the problem of migraines.

· Celery and its seeds have benefits of lowering blood pressure, reducing the risk of cancer, acting as a natural tooth cleaner and massaging of gums.
· Bananas have high potassium levels and are low in salt. They help lower blood pressure and protect against heart attacks and strokes. A banana gives energy and it is a must for sports people.
